Leave my shoe alone!!
Babies, babies, babies. My little grandson sat in the back of the double stroller this morning filling his time by untying his shoe. Grandma retied, he untied. Grandma retied, he untied. Finally he looked at me and said "stop!". When I retied it again, he point is little chubby finger at me and started arguing with me. His little face got all red and he left no doubt in my mind that he was not going to tolerate my touching his shoe again. He is 2! His brother sat patiently signing me that he wanted more cereal. He even signed, "please". How different those two little guys are. I decided to focus my attention on feeding the hungry toddler and leaving the other one to untie his shoe and chunk it across the room. No one else was there to suffer being clocked up beside the head so we were good. I would love to know what goes on in their little minds. Right now they are the most open. When they get a little older they will just use a different type of babble and I still probably won't understand them!! Grandma hood is great.
